On March 23, 2026, Comstock Inc. entered a Cooperation Agreement with MAK Capital, which owns about 5.76 million shares, agreeing to appoint three new directors and temporarily increase the Board size from 6 to 8 members. Current directors William J. Nance and Walter A. Marting Jr. will retire by the 2027 Annual Meeting.
