Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. has made new compensation arrangements for their CEO, Mr. Lindblad, including a base salary of $375,000, an opportunity to earn bonuses through an incentive program, and a grant of 200,000 Restricted Stock Units which will vest semiannually. Mr. Lindblad will also step down as Co-Chair of the Company's Board of Directors.
