On August 25, 2025, Centrus Energy Corp. announced a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power and POSCO International to explore investment opportunities for expanding its uranium enrichment plant in Piketon, Ohio, and to increase supply agreements for low enriched uranium.
