LCNB Corp. has entered into a merger agreement with Cincinnati Bancorp, Inc., with LCNB being the surviving corporation and LCNB Bank as the surviving bank in the merger. CNNB shareholders will receive 0.9274 LCNB common shares or cash in the amount of $17.21 per common share.
