Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. completed a merger with Kodiak Gas Services, LLC, Kick Stock Merger Sub, LLC, Kick LP Merger Sub, LLC, and Kick GP Merger Sub, resulting in the survival of Kodiak Services as a wholly owned subsidiary. The merger agreement and related agreements were filed with the SEC.
