At the December 12, 2024 Annual Meeting, stockholders voted on several proposals including the election of seven directors, an amendment to the Equity Incentive Plan to increase shares by 700,000, the appointment of Grant Thornton as auditors, and approval of executive compensation, with all proposals passing.
