iPower Inc. formed a joint venture with Custom Cup Factory, Inc. and Yi Yang on June 3, 2025, to produce packaging materials domestically to meet U.S. business demands. The venture allows iPower to utilize its facilities and will involve shared ownership of voting units among the partners.
