On June 12, 2025, Heritage Distilling Holding Company, Inc. increased the authorized shares of its Series B Convertible Preferred Stock from 750,000 to 850,000 and corrected typographical errors in related documents. As of now, 742,137 shares of this preferred stock have been issued.
