Integrated Media Technology Ltd has agreed to sell its 100% interest in Itana Holdings, IMTE Malaysia, and Itana Energy, along with 60% of Ouction for total proceeds of $3,800, receiving a royalty of 1.5% to 2.8% on their gross revenues for three years, effective January 13, 2025.
