Imperial Petroleum Inc. reported on August 8, 2025, that it has entered into agreements to acquire three drybulk carriers for $51.6 million, with 10% payable in shares. The vessels, totaling 164,400 dwt and averaging 12.5 years old, will be delivered between September 2025 and August 2026, increasing the fleet to 22 vessels.
