ICL Group Ltd. has received a ruling from the Israeli Supreme Court requiring it to pay water fees totaling between $70-90 million for water extracted from the Dead Sea, dating back to January 1, 2018, and will incur an additional annual cost of $10-12 million starting from October 2025.
