Ichor Holdings, Ltd. has signed a new credit agreement on September 26, 2025, replacing the previous one and increasing overall borrowing to $125 million with a new maturity date of September 26, 2030. The quarterly payments will start at approximately $1.6 million from December 31, 2025, increasing over the following years.
