Honeywell International Inc. announced a restructuring of its business segments effective January 2026, forming a new area called Process Automation and Technology. Additionally, it expected a one-time charge of about $370 million and cash settlements of approximately $470 million related to ongoing litigation with Flexjet, as reported on December 22, 2025.
