On April 1, 2026, Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. entered into a new Investment Agreement under which it commits to maintain an investment of at least $1.8 billion or 60% of its net tangible assets in Two Sigma Hamilton Fund, replacing the previous agreement from July 2023. This replaces the former Commitment Agreement effective April 1, 2026.
