First Wave BioPharma, Inc. has entered into a non-binding letter of intent for a proposed acquisition with ImmunogenX, Inc. to acquire 100% of the outstanding equity of IMGX, with the shareholders of IMGX owning a majority of the combined company. James Sapirstein will continue as Chairman and CEO, and Jack Syage will become President and COO.
