George E. Deese and Benjamin H. Griswold, IV will retire from their roles as chairman and director of Flowers Foods, Inc., respectively, effective after the 2023 Annual Meeting. A. Ryals McMullian will be the next chairman of the Board and Thomas C. Chubb, III will serve as presiding director and chair of the nominating/corporate governance committee.
