On April 15, 2026, FTAI Infrastructure Inc. appointed KPMG LLP as their new independent accounting firm, replacing Ernst & Young LLP, which had been in the role since 2021. The change was approved by the Audit Committee and there were no disagreements with EY prior to this dismissal.
