Enel Chile S.A. plans to distribute a final dividend of approximately Ch$ 9.84 billion, or Ch$ 0.14 per share, to shareholders in May 2025, pending approval at the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on April 28, 2025. Additionally, an eventual dividend of Ch$ 221 billion may be proposed to address an accounting loss, amounting to about Ch$ 3.20 per share.
