Etoiles Capital Group Co., Ltd successfully completed its IPO on August 11, 2025, raising total gross proceeds of $6,440,000 from the sale of 1,400,000 Class A shares and an additional 210,000 shares at $4.00 each due to full exercise of the over-allotment option.
