eBay Inc. has entered into amendments to agreements with Aurelia BidCo Norway AS and Aurelia BidCo 1 Norway AS, increasing the cash expected to be received by eBay at the closing of the transactions by approximately $270 million and reducing eBay's expected ownership in Adevinta ASA from approximately 20% to approximately 18%.
