Duos Technologies Group Inc. has entered into new three-year employment agreements with CEO Charles Ferry, CFO Adrian Goldfarb, and COO Christopher King, with base salaries of $400,000 and $325,000 respectively, and performance bonuses up to 100% and 80% of their salaries; they were also granted restricted shares totaling 522,889, 441,275, and 225,000 shares, respectively, with a vesting period until December 31, 2027.
