On February 20, 2025, Darling Ingredients Inc. elected Soren Schroder to its Board of Directors and appointed him to the Audit and Compensation Committees, increasing the Board size to eleven members. Mr. Schroder will receive an annual retainer of $100,000 and $150,000 in restricted stock units.
