Crane NXT, Co. filed an amendment to its Registration Statement on Form 10 with the SEC in connection with its plan to spin-off its Aerospace & Electronics, Process Flow Technologies, and Engineered Materials segments to its stockholders. Upon completion of the spin-off, Crane NXT, Co. will be an independent, publicly traded company.
