Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. has entered into a service agreement with The Board of Water Supply of the City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a seawater desalination facility in Oahu, Hawaii. The agreement includes a payment of $149,648,118.00 for the design-build work and a service fee for the operation services.
