On May 23, 2025, Robert Telesmanic announced his retirement as SVP and Chief Accounting Officer effective July 1, 2025, with Alina Kerdman appointed to the position concurrently and to receive annual compensation of $1.2 million. Telesmanic will assist as a non-executive officer until December 31, 2025.
