Mia Tarpey is stepping down as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Corebridge Financial, Inc. and will be replaced by Chris Smith, effective July 1, 2023. The 2023 annual meeting of stockholders was held, and directors were elected, executive compensation was approved, and the appointment of auditors was ratified.
