Copa Holdings, S.A. announced that Mr. Stanley Motta will step down as non-executive Chairman on June 30, 2025, and Mr. Pedro Heilbron will become the Executive Chairman on July 1, 2025, while also serving as CEO. A new Executive Vice President position will be created to support Mr. Heilbron in his expanded role.
