Centessa Pharmaceuticals plc announced that Dr. Mario Alberto Accardi will be the Chief Executive Officer starting January 1, 2026, with a base salary of $600,000 and eligibility for a bonus of 50%. If terminated without cause or if he resigns for good reason within a year after a sale event, he will receive a severance package of up to 18 months' salary.
