Chefs' Warehouse, Inc. provided its preliminary outlook for fiscal year 2023, stating that net sales are expected to be in the range of $2.85 billion to $2.95 billion, gross profit in the range of $684 million to $708 million, and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $180 million to $190 million.
