Central Puerto S.A. has signed a purchase agreement on August 20, 2025, to acquire 100% of Fieldfare Argentina S.R.L., which owns the Cafayate Solar Project with a capacity of approximately 80 MW and a generation of 220 GWh, expected to close by September 2, 2025.
