Murphy Canyon Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, which previously entered into a Business Combination Agreement with Conduit Pharmaceuticals Limited and Conduit Merger Sub, on November 8, 2022, has amended the Agreement and shared an investor presentation related to the business combination, with Conduit set to merge into the Murphy Canyon subsidiary.
