On April 8, 2024, Cadeler A/S announced a long-term lease agreement with Ørsted for an A-Class wind installation vessel, effective from Q1 2027 to end of 2030, enhancing their offshore wind project capabilities. This agreement ties back to a reservation made in October 2022 and allows Ørsted to install 15-20+ MW turbines and up to six XXL monopile foundations per trip.
