Bitdeer Technologies Group has entered into a Sales Agreement on January 3, 2025, to issue up to $1 billion of Class A ordinary shares through an 'at the market' program with various sales agents. As of January 2, 2025, the company had 192,499,656 shares outstanding, including 144,099,734 Class A shares.
