On July 1, 2025, International Game Technology PLC announced the completion of its Gaming & Digital business sale for capital return to shareholders totaling $1.1 billion, consisting of a $3.00 per share cash dividend and a $500 million share repurchase program. Effective July 2, it will trade as Brightstar Lottery under ticker symbol BRSL.
