BP PLC announced that Melody Meyer is retiring as a non-executive director after nine years, effective at the AGM on April 23, 2026, along with Simon Henry and Karen Richardson not seeking re-election. Satish Pai will become the chair of the Safety and Sustainability committee after the AGM.
