Blue Bird Corp announced a joint venture with Generate Capital to provide fleet electrification-as-a-service using electric school buses, with each party initially having equal ownership and contributing up to $10 million for common interests and up to $100 million for capital. The joint venture has a perpetual duration and the company granted Generate Capital warrants to purchase 1,000,000 shares of company common stock.
