Biofrontera Inc. has reaudited its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, and prepared a revised Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations, following the resignation of its previous auditor and to obtain additional financing.
