Portman Ridge Finance Corp has entered into a merger agreement with Logan Ridge Finance Corp, where LRFC will merge into PTMN, with LRFC shareholders receiving 1.5 shares of PTMN for each share of LRFC they own, and a dividend of at least $1 million will be paid to LRFC shareholders before the merger closes.
