Aemetis, Inc. entered into a Second Amendment to the Amended and Restated Aemetis Keyes Grain Procurement and Working Capital Agreement with J.D. Heiskell Holdings, LLC, as well as a Second Amendment to the Amended and Restated Heiskell Purchasing Agreement and a Second Amendment to the Keyes Ethanol and Corn Tank Lease.
