AlphaTON Capital Corp is finalizing a financing deal to launch a TON digital asset strategy, expecting around $36.2 million from the transaction set to close on the week of September 22, 2025. The Company also entered a treasury management agreement with DWF MaaS Limited to manage an initial $20 million in assets.
