AstroNova, Inc. has adopted a restructuring plan for its Product Identification segment, which includes transitioning printer manufacturing to a different facility, ceasing sales of certain products, consolidating sales and distribution facilities, streamlining the channel partner network, and making workforce reductions. The company expects to incur pre-tax restructuring and other charges of approximately $3.2 million in the second quarter of fiscal year 2024.
