Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. has entered into a $180 million stock purchase agreement to acquire Moser Acquisition, Inc. and Moser Engine Service, Inc., with additional payment options including 1.7 million shares of common stock, and has also amended its loan agreements to increase borrowing capacity by $100 million.
