On December 11, 2025, Adagio Medical Holdings, Inc. appointed Sean Salmon as a Class II director and expanded the Board from six to seven members. Mr. Salmon, previously of Medtronic, will serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees and is compensated according to the company's director policy.
