On September 1, 2025, Applied Optoelectronics' subsidiary, Prime World, signed a 15-year lease for a 65,580 sq ft land and a 346,212 sq ft building in New Taipei City, with rent starting at NTD 6.8 million per month, increasing 3% every five years.
