Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II and Air Water Ventures Ltd have entered the Second Amendment to their Business Combination Agreement, extending the date to terminate the agreement to August 21, 2023, from July 21, 2023. This amendment still includes the provision that if they are unable to secure a PIPE Investment of at least $30,000,000 before the termination date, the business combination agreement may be terminated by Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II and Air Water Ventures Ltd.
