As previously disclosed, on March 28, 2024, the Company received a notice from Steven Norman (“Mr. Norman”), who served as a director and the Chief Financial Officer (the “CFO”) of the Company, of his decision to resign as the CFO of the Company and as a member of the Board and all committees thereof, effective on March 28, 2024. The same notice from Mr. Norman also included his resignation from his role as the President of the Company.
On April 16, 2024, TLGY Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”), received a notice from Shrijay Vijayan (“Mr. Vijayan”), who served as a director of the Company, of his decision to resign as a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) and all committees thereof, effective April 16, 2024. The resignation of Mr. Vijayan did not result from any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
