On September 24, 2025, Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co's stockholders approved a merger agreement allowing the company to merge with Omaha Merger Sub, Inc., making it a wholly owned subsidiary of HOFV Holdings, LLC. A total of 3,396,118 shares voted in favor, representing 62.1% of the voting authority.
