On August 8, 2025, Accelerate Diagnostics, Inc. finalized an Amended and Restated Asset Purchase Agreement for the sale of certain assets to Indaba Capital Management following their Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on May 8, 2025. As of the Confirmation Order on August 13, 2025, common stock holders will not receive any compensation as their shares will be canceled.
