Vintage Securities Ltd. has accepted the resignation of their current Statutory Auditors, M/s Vikash Sultania and Associates, and has recommended the appointment of M/s S. N. Roy & Company as their new Statutory Auditors (subject to shareholder approval) to fill the vacancy. They have also appointed Shri Biswajit Ghosh as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
