Mr. Markand Adhikari has resigned as Chairman and Managing Director, effective September 9, 2024, and Mr. Ravi Adhikari has been appointed in his place; the company will also increase its authorized share capital from INR 55 crores to INR 80.01 crores, subject to shareholder approval.
